• Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.
• We may refuse or cancel any order where product availability, pricing, or promotional details are incorrect due to system error, stock error, or supplier issue.

• Orders will not be confirmed or dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.
• All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store cardholder details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
• Non-returnable items include: discounted items, promotional items, and garments not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method once goods are inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
• This policy does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Website content, including trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Orphic Trading.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding Website use and product purchases.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
